Añada unos 55 g en una bañera con agua o en un baño para remojar los pies; aclare a fondo después de cada uso. Utilice este recipiente para rellenar su botella con atomizador (de venta por separado); pulverice el producto 4 o 5 veces sobre la piel y masajee la zona. Transcurrido un tiempo, es posible que observe que se forma un leve residuo blanco en las zonas donde ha aplicado el aerosol. Se trata de la sal que ha quedado en la piel y puede limpiarse o lavarse. Was tested by a therapist and told my body needs Magnesium, but on the outside, not in supplement form! Used the smaller size for awhile and it worked so well that I moved up to the larger size! I use it in baths with other oils depending on what my body needs! I love it but be careful mixing with other solids
I didn't realize magnesium oil wasn't really oil.... it is water based and when I made some of my CBD topical products the magnesium oil did not mix and bubbled my products so I had to go back thru all of them and press out the water. I am not sure this is Piping Rocks fault but just beware. it's much better used alone, spray on your feet at night and sleep like a BABY.
